Re-Enrollment Options
PDI offers several options for customers who need to re-enroll in a course. Choose the re-enrollment option based on your specific needs and then follow the instructions to proceed.
Important to Know
If you enrolled after January 1, 2026 you may switch your credit from UCSD to ACE without losing assignments or quizzes, provided your final letter grade has not been posted.
By purchasing a re-enrollment you agree and understand the following policy:
- The 3-week minimum time requirement will start over
- You MAY be required to redo some or all of your course requirements
- These terms and conditions are applied universally and cannot be waived

Incomplete / Missed Deadline
Re-enroll without university credit
Use this option if: You need to re-enroll in your course without university credit due to an incomplete/missed deadline.
Fee: $100 per re-enrollment

Re-enroll with UCSD credit
Use this option if: You need to re-enroll in your course with UCSD credit due to an incomplete/missed deadline.
Fee: $250 per re-enrollment

Re-enroll with ACE credit
Use this option if: You need to re-enroll in your course with ACE credit due to an incomplete/missed deadline.
Fee: $266 per re-enrollment

Completed Course or Need Credit Now
Re-enroll to add ACE credit
Use this option if:
Fee: $266 per re-enrollment
- You received a final grade without university credit and need ACE credit to meet a district/employer requirement
- You purchased a course-only and realized you need to add ACE credit to meet a district/employer requirement.

- Enter the course number to be re-enrolled into the provided text box. Then, add the re-enrollment fee to your cart and check out.
- Once you have purchased the re-enrollment(s), you will receive an email within 48 business hours with further instructions.
Re-enroll to add UCSD credit
Use this option if:
Fee: $250 per re-enrollment
- You received a final grade without university credit and need UCSD credit to meet a district/employer requirement
- You purchased a course-only and realized you need to add UCSD credit to meet a district/employer requirement.

Switch Credit: UCSD to ACE (provided your final letter grade has not been posted)
I enrolled on or after January 1, 2026
Use this option if: You originally selected UCSD credit and want to switch to ACE, and you enrolled on/after January 1, 2026.
Fee: $36 per re-enrollment
Important Information:
- As long as there is no final grade, a participant can switch credit to ACE for $36
- Your quizzes and assignments will remain within the course. You will not have to resubmit quizzes/assignments.
- The minimum time requirement will restart.

I enrolled before January 1, 2026
Use this option if: You originally selected UCSD credit and want to switch to ACE, and you enrolled before January 1, 2026.
Fee: $36 per re-enrollment
Important Information:
- As long as there is no final grade, a participant can switch credit to ACE for $36
- Your quizzes and assignments will be erased. Participants must retake the course in full.
- The minimum time requirement will restart.
