Fundamentals of Teaching English Language Development (K-5)/Flex Course

 

Do you know how to effectively teacher your second language learners? This online course is designed for teachers who have little or no background teaching English language learners (ELLs). It provides teachers with an overview of the fundamentals of teaching English Language Development (ELD), including the types of programs for English language learners, theories of language acquisition, approaches to teaching a second language, the stages of language acquisition, and the dynamics of English language development in the classroom.
